Problem on screen

kz flag

I just installed Ubuntu. When something is moving fast on the screen, such as when I scroll through a browser or watch a movie. It is as if the computer can not process. The problem is not the refresh rate because it is set to 60, but I think it is set to 20. My monitor supports a rate of 60 and this problem did not exist when I had Windows. The screen acts like a very old monitor. My computer does not have a graphics card, but during installation, Ubuntu correctly detected my monitor resolution and refresh rate without adjusting it. I hope I have posed the problem correctly because my language is not English.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
