Can't connect pn532 nfc reader through i2c

ph flag

I have a pn532 nfc reader in i2c mode, connected to an Arduino uno. I installed the nfc library but I don't know how to configure the conf file to make Ubuntu connect to the reader in i2c mode. If I leave the pn532_uarc mode it return an ack communication error. If i edit in pn532_i2c it simply return an ioctl error. I'm using Ubuntu in a vm over vmware workstation.

I see you have a question or maybe questions about your pn532 reader BUT what does that have to do your unspecified version of Ubuntu? This is question for whom ever makes this product not this site.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
