Configure Tomcat9 in intelliJ

I installed tomcat9 on ubuntu20.04 from here https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-install-tomcat-9-on-ubuntu-20-04/#creating-systemd-unit-file

my tomcat folder is in /opt. see image enter image description here

Now i want to insert it in intelliJ but says

Warning! the following directory is not valid Tomcat home

now when i check tomcat folders it seems to be accessible only for roots see image enter image description here

do you know how to make intellij see tomcat?
