I am having this issue for days now, and it almost eating me alive! Please help

It was working fine literally 3 days ago, when I turned off, it took a little bit longer to save the status (I turned it off the most standard way possible, by selecting 'shutdown' under the Settings in Windows 10; and waited patiently)

That was the last time I saw it worked. It was working great, without any sign it just corrupted like that (I am not sure if it was corrupted, but it surely seem that way)

PS: I already tried all methods mentioned under this post, and it didn't work for me.

I even uninstalled "completely" (I thought I did!); and manually installed the deb file downloaded from the official website, still not luck. In case, you're wondering if I installed the deb file wrong from official website, I followed this video without any failures.

after that, I removed it and installed back using the following commands from the first hyperlink:

Generally this issue is seen when "Secure Boot" is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI. That is something that you may want to check.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
