How do I customize my Ubuntu terminal to look like Cygwin's default color theme?

in flag

I really enjoy working on the default Cygwin terminal from my Windows machine and I want to transfer the same color settings to my Ubuntu terminal. I especially enjoy working with emacs on Cygwin because the colors are easy for me to distinguish and follow along when programming. Is there an easy solution to customize the default Ubuntu terminal to emulate the color scheme of default Cygwin?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
