Ubuntu won't install anything Already tried the DNS server stuff

My Ubuntu just will not install anything. It doesn't seem to mater what I try sudo apt install nvm, sudo apt install update, sudo rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/* and then sudo apt-get update. It just sits there showing all the things it failed to do until it times out. I've tried reinstalling ubuntu same problem.

I just tried it same issue. I'm thinking it might be an issue caused by an update or conflicting software cuz it was working just fine 2 weeks ago.
