Installing MacOS is off topic. Review support options for Apple/Mac.

Get an installation media for the OS (USB, DVD) you want to install, boot it up and follotw instructions. You will want to use the whole disk / overwrite disk for the new OS.

You don't uninstall an Operating System.

You overwrite with a new Operating System. Insert and boot an OSX installer. It will overwrite Ubuntu.

Wrong place to ask. Ask in a Mac support venue. We can tell you where to find an Ubuntu installer.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
