Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Window(s) keep "inprinting" themself to the background

ar flag

I am using the latest Ubuntu 20.04 TLS.

  • AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX3080 (Mobile)
  • External Monitor via HDMI.
  • 3440x1440@85
  • 125% scale

Since I moved from Xubuntu to Ubuntu a couple of month ago (fresh install on new computer) I have some weird effects with the UI, which I am not used to :D

I have several programs active over the day, no screensaver and of course switching between them all the time. But sometimes I cannot click on a window(s) in the background anymore. No close or max/minimize, nor can I interact with the window in any kind. It is like it got a part of my background image.

I found during some search in the internet I can restart the UI with ALT+F2 -> "r". This removes all this "frozen" window(s) from my screen which seems to be already minimized?!

Is there any "permanent" solution for not having this effect :D

Thank you in advanced, Sebastian

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
