es flag

I am trying to use SSD on Toshiba Tecra Z40-B Laptop and install Ubuntu 20.04 from Bootable USB. The installation goes smoothly and completely without any error. But while booting up it shows "Insert system disk in drive".Can anyone please help me What could be happening here? [SSD is visible on BIOS] Thanks in advance.

Check UEFI > Boot, make sure "Ubuntu" is selected and proceed accordingly. Hopefully you installed in the proper UEFI mode. If not you may need to check other settings.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
