error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.8.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have a project folder. I created a virtual environment with the name 'env', inside the project folder. And I am using python3.8.

I also installed poetry with the 'official installer'. When I run poetry on command line, it throws, $HOME/.local/share/pypoetry/venv/bin/python: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.8.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. It used to work fine initially, but after I created my virtual environment it doesn't seem to work.

I looked for some solutions, where I could add export LD_LIBRARY_PATH to ~/.bashrc, but I am unable to locate the libpython file on my machine.

Can you please guide me through this?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
