How to make NETIS2120 wifi dongle work on ubuntu?

I bought wifi dongle netis2120. Drivers from cd and from producers site doesn't work. I have some bug while installing it:

My ubuntu version: 2021-06-21 release, Ubuntu Mate Desktop 20.04 with kernel 4.9.241

When I asked for the `lsusb` result it should go without saying that the dongle should be connected. The reason was to identify it.

I will point at your compiler error being related to the fact ther'es no aarch64 support in that driver. If you're using some device other than a standard 64-bit processor (such as ARM64 processors) that might cause some limitations on what drivers are available.
