Only Ubuntu and *official* flavors of Ubuntu (https://ubuntu.com/download/flavours) are on-topic here, refer to https://askubuntu.com/help/on-topic where you'll find other SE sites where you question will be welcome if you don't want to use a Pop forum. (*One advantage of Ubuntu is it's many support options, you opted for Pop OS so take advantage of its support options, or SE Unix & Linux* found in the on-topic link)

It doesn't change the fact that your question is off-topic. But Ubuntu surely "works". D-Link DWA-127 has a Mediatek chipset supported since kernel 4.2 -> https://askubuntu.com/a/1350681/1210606

Adjust your question to be a Ubuntu and *on-topic* question, with Ubuntu *on-topic* paste (*what you provided is from a non-Ubuntu system, ie. it contains no Ubuntu packages & kernel*)

*linux-headers-5.15.23-76051523-generic* is not Ubuntu. Please install Ubuntu and try again. We'll be happy to help. Welcome to Ask Ubuntu.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
