Not able to install apps from Ubuntu store/Snap Store

cn flag

The error i get each time i try to install:

error: cannot install "discord": cannot query the store for updates: got
unexpected HTTP status code 408 via POST to
   "https://api.snapcraft.io/v2/snaps/refresh"

Although i was able to install a few apps I dont know how but I know installed them through the GUI store.

I have tried reinstalling the store, changing servers but nothing worked.

Update: I tried connecting with USB Tethering and the store worked and installed. snap refresh also worked. Same is not the case with the wifi adapter im using.

Please try in terminal `sudo snap install discord` and, if it shows errors, [edit] the question with the full messages. PS - Ask before trying to fix things you aren't familiar with. Snaps don't rely on the same servers regular Ubuntu repositories so changing them does nothing and likewise reinstalling the store.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
