Virtual disk vhdx fstrim

I have HyperV where I have installed Ubuntu 20.04, in linux I have used 160Gb but th .vhdx is 240Gb... I need shrink I have tryed with

sudo fstrim -v /
/:130Gb trimmed

shutdown and I try to compress the disk from Windows but nothing.. I restast Ubuntu and if I launch fstrim give me another time "130Gb trimmed, any time I restart is the same... not fixed the trim is possible?

fstrim is not for shrinking partition/volumes. You need to do it from the virtualization tools therefore this isn't an Ubuntu question, **this is a Hyper-V question**, suitable for superuser.com but off-topic here.

Hi, no the problem is ubunt that every time restart trim 130Gb... is the same that not fix...
