Unable to Start Ubuntu with "Ubuntu" strange message

cl flag

I am no longer able to start my Ubuntu PC because once I get the GRUB boot menu and choose Ubuntu, the desktop doesn't load and I am stuck with a "Ubuntu [y/n]:" When I press y or anything, it just repeats the message.

Here's a photo: Image link (not enough reputation)

I am using Ubuntu 20.04.

Can you start it in recovery mode? Can you start it with an older kernel? And please specify which version of Ubuntu and some hardware specifications you are using ( edit your question with the information).

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
