22.04 Clean - NVidia RTX 3060ti Colour Issue

Having an odd display issue with a clean and upgraded versions of 22.04. Before I continue on, I have searched and tried many different fixes and none have worked.

Ok, so everything works fine with the RTX 3060 however the display is ruined by having a pink hue. I just wanted to reach out before I revert back to a prior Ubuntu version because im truly at my wits end.

System Specs

AMD Ryzen 7 32Gb Corsair Ram RTX 3060ti Dual Boot Windows 11/Ubuntu

Methods Tried

I have tried changing my drivers using Software & Updates. Regardless of my choice I get errors while trying to change drivers as shown below.

I have tried to install everything that it lists via command line and everything appears to be already up to date and installed.

A number of other questions along the same topic suggested other fixes such as installing drivers direct from NVidia which fails the install due to nvidia_drm being loaded. If I try and unload it completes but installation still fails. I have since done this and the issue is still present

Im not sure what information to also include with this post so if there is something specific you need to assist please let me know.
