AMD 6600 xt -- daily - display corruption on Jammy

pt flag

About once a day, usually on the lock screen I see lots of display corruption -- green matrix type looking things. When I'm in this state I can't always login, various apps exit.

What logs should I capture to debug this?

Install the correct driver for the video card.

Glad to -- I didn't realize the default kernel one was not the correct one. Would appreciate a pointer to how to do this and now to confirm?

@David looks like the amdgpu driver is indeed being used, and that is the correct one. What do you suggest?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
