After upgrade to Ubuntu 22.10 the fans never slow down

ph flag

I have upgraded from Ubuntu 22.04 to 22.10 and I noticed that when I run some process that requires some CPU power the fans to cool down the system start as expected. I have Ryzen 7 5800X + Asus Rog Strix B550-F motherboard. and even if I shutdown all processes and wait for sometime for cooling, and verified it that temperatures look finally ok:

$ sensors
nvme-pci-0700
Adapter: PCI adapter
Composite: +32.9°C (low = -273.1°C, high = +81.8°C)
                       (crit = +84.8°C)
Sensor 1: +32.9°C (low = -273.1°C, high = +65261.8°C)
Sensor 2: +34.9°C (low = -273.1°C, high = +65261.8°C)

iwlwifi_1-virtual-0
Adapter: Virtual device
temp1: +30.0°C

k10temp-pci-00c3
Adapter: PCI adapter
Tctl: +37.5°C
Tccd1: +35.5°C

fans are still running very fast. How can I fix that?

UPDATE

I noticed that the "fan" is not reported and the reason for that seems like the kernel module nct6775 (specific for my motherboard) is not loaded. If I load the module then the fans are detected and there is a slow down. Is the module missing a bug? Is there a way to fix it?

You used the tag overheating I do not see from your info that it is.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
