Killed Window Manager using gnome-shell -r. Chance to bring it back?

mm flag

Ubuntu 22.04.1 Gnome 42.4 I tried to refresh my gnome-environment-config after using gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme prefer-dark.

There was a suggestion to try gnome-shell -r to refresh the session.

The session crashed and all my config is now gone (I tried to reboot). I'm not exactly sure what I did using the command above. Have I deleted my config? Can I bring it back?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
