Live Patch is off topic for this site and you need to address any issues with it to Canonical directly. Sorry. A ways down the page you will see how to report issues. https://ubuntu.com/security/livepatch/docs/faq

Please [edit your question](https://askubuntu.com/posts/1438072/edit) to specify your release of Ubuntu. This issue occurs most commonly when folks move away from an LTS release (like from 22.04 LTS to 22.10). LivePatch is LTS-only.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
