You've not provided any OS & **most importantly** release details (*deb* packages are built for a specific release) so are we to guess? Providing text (*instead of picture*) allows us to copy & paste details into a browser (*or CLI which is my preference*) for enquiries, so given you have access to the text & know the release - it's easier if you explore yourself (*instead of us needing to guess required details such as release*). I'd also return to basics; ie. knowing your release, I'd likely `sudo apt update` & read the output ensuring no warnings, missing lines etc were ignored...

Is this a WSL or some other kind of virtualized system? Most of the issues look like hardware-related packages. The lack of systemd is also a clue. And why are you using `sudo` at a root prompt?

Does it make any difference, actually I don't know that much about it. I thought it would be ignored if it is sudo for root user. BTW If you could help me to solve my issue, that would be greatly appreciated.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
