How do I update a repository without a release file?

iq flag

I try to update Linux with a new repository, but I always get the same error message:
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. I've tried a ton of other online tutorials, but none of them have worked. I'm trying to do all of this on a Chromebook, so I can't exactly change editmy sources.list thing. Anyone know what I should do?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
