Ubuntu 22.04 suddenly works very slow

gl flag

I'm using Ubuntu almost 5 months and haven't had any problems until now, suddenly it started booting up almost for 10 minutes, then when I logged in I realised I have no internet connection, I mean I do but it loads web pages for few minutes, when I try to sudo apt update it says:

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock. It is held by process 2728 (packagekitd)
N: Be aware that removing the lock file is not a solution and may break your sys tem.
E: Unable to lock directory /var/lib/apt/lists/

My cpu is almost always at 0%-5% load and memory is on 1.6Gb

My load average is 0.35 0.69 0.87

And also when I open google it says I need to authenticate again for some reason

The last things I downloaded were php and apache

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
