The official openssh is only up to 8.2, I want to upgrade by myself, but I can't find information on the Internet, who can guide me?

"*The official openssh is only up to 8.2*," is misleading (and false: Ubuntu 18.04 = OpenSSH version 7.6). The openssh and openssl packages in ALL currently-supported releases of Ubuntu are fully patched against all high-priority and most medium-priority CVEs. Most users should have no need to "update" to newer releases of openssh and openssl; as long as they have Unattended Updates enabled, their systems are safe and secure.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
