Is it possible to hide "Settings app" in Search Dash overview in 22.04?

As you can see in the screenshot, is it possible to hide the "Settings" section of the search? In Gnome 43, you can hide this option under Gnome Settings>Search and unselect Gnome Settings. However, since I'm on 22.04 I'm still on Gnome 42, so I do not see/have the ability to select or unselect Gnome Settings from the Search options.

Does anyone know if there is anyway, perhaps within dconf editor to hide the Gnome Settings from showing up when I search in the Dash overview?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
