Prior information: I've created a gtk.css file yesterday to modify the top bar appearance yesterday and saved it to /home/USERNAME/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css After rebooting today, I've encountered "Oh no, something went wrong" error message. Then, I've tried to enter console mode tty3 by pressing ctrl+alt+f3 but I couldn't get the login screen

System: Ubuntu 22.04

Note: I'm using an external Nvidia GPU

As the "BIOS" text appears during boot, hit ESC **once** and you should shortly see a menu with an "Advanced" option, select it and then "Rescue mode" from the next menu. Run fsck, networking and "drop to root prompt" options in the menu, hit Enter one extra time... You have now access to the computer as root user, (likely) with disks in rw mode and networking started.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
