Gnome shell, sidebar crashes/goes blank upon unlocking the screen

bz flag

I am using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS and GNOME 42.5. Now whenever I unlock the screen, the sidebar and shell go blank, and I can  resume only if I use the restart gdm3 command. The only modification that I have made is that I have installed some themes from Gnome.org, but currently I am on default settings, but problem persists. . I checked for updates and upgrades, but there aren't any available, so how can I resolve this problem?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
