External screen doesn't work when update kernel

ng flag

Good morning community. As I indicated in the title my problem is that when I updated the computer with an apt-get full-upgrade the kernel has been updated and my external display has stopped working. I have tried to reuse the NVIDIA private drivers but when I run the xrandr command it does not recognize the external display or the HDMI connector. I have read of users who have had similar problems with other physical components of the computer but not the display. Currently the kernel I am using is 5.15.0-56-generic and the operating system is Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS.

Attached is the output of the xrandr command as well as lspci in case it might be helpful in figuring out what is causing this problem.

Best regards.

Just boot an earlier kernel version for the moment. There are issues with the newest kernel and Nvidia drivers.

@ChanganAuto I have done this but the screen remains exactly the same. When connecting the display cable it flashes like it is trying to have connection but then nothing. I have run the command uname -r to make sure that I entered the previous version of the kernel and it has entered correctly.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
