How can I isolate and move top bar UI elements?

ck flag

I am somewhat new to Ubuntu, and I've been tweaking the desktop to my liking quite a bit. My current main issue is the top bar, which yes, I have hidden. Hiding though, for me, isn't enough. I like seeing things like weather, time, and notifications, I just don't want that damned top bar. What I am looking to do is get rid of the top bar entirely, but keep certain elements like the date/time/notification display, weather, and activities tab on the desktop, preferably dragged and dropped wherever I please. I would also like to be able to edit/tweak these elements to change things like colors, icons, shapes, and sizes. Attached are a couple of images to show what I'm working with as well as a (butchered) image of what I want to have:

Here's what I have now, here's my currently installed extensions (including what is in use), and finally, what I want the display to look like (in a horridly butchered form).

I know a small bit about command-line usage, but not a lot, and so far all I have really tried have been different GNOME extensions. Does anybody know if there is a good way to move and tweak these top-bar elements? I apologize if this is a dumb or redundant question, I don't exactly know how to word it in a way that makes sense.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
