OpenVPN changed VPN dialect

ch flag

Since upgrade from Focal to Jammy (openvpn 2.5.5) certain OpenVPN connections do not run anymore. Seems to be this problem: https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/ticket/1444#comment:2

If I add...
tls-cipher "DEFAULT:@SECLEVEL=0"
...to ovpn file, I get it functional for command line use, but don't I see a solution for tunnels started via Network-Manager.

When importing a prepared ovpn file into Network-Manager, that string seems to be suppressed and leads to endless loop when starting the tunnel.

Has anybody an idea?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
