making qt libraries available systemwide

cc flag

I installed qt 5.15 through online installer and it is installed in my home folder. When I use qt creator everything works fine but lets say I need to compile a program that uses the qt library such as cmake-gui or CGAL, then it can't find the required stuff. I know easy way to solve the problem is installing qt5 through apt. But doing double install is a waste of space. Is there any to configure bashrc so that my program can find qt library from home folder.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
