Stuck on Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported

US flag

it's my first time installing Ubuntu or any linux distros. Installed it with dual boot, at first it works, then if I choose Windows and want to return to Ubuntu I get stuck on the Minimal BASH-like interface qnd can't boot it. Tried the set prefix and root method and it didn't work. When I try to boot it it shows " you need to load the kernel first". Any ideas? Same thing happened when I uninstalled Ubuntu and reinstalled it.

Is 'secure boot' turned of in the UEFI ( what some people incorrectly still call BIOS )? If not, turn it off. Safe changes. Reboot. And then comment what happened.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
