How to save changes in /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf?

do flag

I do not have enough storage on boot to update my version of Ubuntu, »sudo apt autoremove« did not help. Therefore I wanted to put "Compress=xz" in »/etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf«.

Unfortunately I do not know how to save this change and would be glad for help. Thank you! screenshot of my terminal

Do sudo nano /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf and alter the line

COMPRESS=zstd

to

COMPRESS=xz

control-o (Speichern=save) to saved changes and then rebuild with

sudo update-initramfs -u -k all

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
