I keep getting this error when I try to upgrade from Ubuntu 22.04 to 22.10

W:This must be accepted explicitly before updates for this repository can be applied. See apt-secure(8) manpage for details.,
W:Conflicting distribution: https://pkg.fig.io/apt jammy InRelease (expected jammy but got stable),
E:Repository 'https://pkg.fig.io/apt jammy InRelease' changed its 'Codename' value from 'jammy' to 'stable'

Why did you add the pkg.fig.io repo to your system?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
