help with bluetooth drivers

So i bought a bt dongle, and i cant get it to work. its bieng diabled by my system because its an unbranded duplicate. i cant just remove my broken bluetooth chip, because its a dual chip with my wifi. heres some code i ran. hci0 is my dongle and hci1 is my internal neither of which i have blocked
