Torify Ubuntu 22.04 "Online Accounts" for Nextcloud?

us flag

After setting up a self-hosted Nextcloud instance, I would like to make the gnome/default Calendar application sync with that Nextcloud server over tor. Usually one could do something like:

torify calendar_application

However, I did not find the server/synchronisation settings in the default Calendar app. Instead, when I go to the three bars/options pane, I can click on "Online Accounts" which redirects me to the Ubuntu settings, which, understandably throws the error:

Error resolving "some.onion": Name or service not known

Yet I would not want the entire settings (application) to be torified. Hence, I would like to ask:

How can one torify the default Ubuntu calendar to connect with the Nextcloud server on: https://some_onion.onion:443?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
