/etc/apt/sources.list.d not showing up in "other software"

I've got a strange but my PPA's do not show up in Ubuntu "other sowftare". I'm I missing something or doing something wrong? Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Are those files possibly empty? Can you please edit your question and show us the output from this terminal command: `ls -l /etc/apt/sources.list.d`
