So recently i tried to install the official driver for the UGreen AC1300-High-Gain Dual-Band Wireless Adapter(Model: CM493). I tried the CDROM driver...i tried to install it from the original website...but nothing worked out. And yes its compatible with Linux.
Steps as in the manual:
I unpacked/unzipped the downloaded file.
Then i opened terminal and navigated to the folder where "install.sh" is(With root access).
In terminal i changed rights of the file with chmod +x install.sh(With root access).
Then i run the command from the root user ./install.sh
But then everytime i get the same error.I also tried multiple OS (Kali Linux, Parrot Sec, Ubuntu) without any improvement. So my question is am i doing something wrong ? Or can i install it via the "driver" folder as seen on the attached pictures below ? Or does somebody know another driver it works with ?
OS recently used: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Driver Version: RTL8822BU
If somebody could help me that would be awesome i tried it for 4 days now and im slowly getting insane :D
