Is there anyway to let Xscreensaver work after locking your screen?

So, I installed Xscreensaver, and somehow I want the screensaver to show even after locking my desktop, is there any possible way to do that ? Thank you in advance.

You've not provided release details; yes `xscreensaver` does have lock functions (if used for the screensaver+lock function; but with gnome you'll likely need to prevent gnome from performing the lock function for your *unstated* product/release)
