pi4 with Ubuntu 20.04 WiFi roaming sensitivity

I have done the google but can't solve this. A pi4 robot running Ubuntu 20.04 are tele-remote operated but it sticks to one access point. How do I set the sensitivity to switch to the next/stronger AP (access point)? SSID for all AP the same otherwise my ROS networking plays up. Network: laptop ethernetted to modem and BOT roaming house with currently 2 WiFi AP's. Is there an enable roaming for the bot?
