Internet problem: cannot attach documents online when in contact with authorities (W10, W11 + Ubuntu 20.04 LTS)

After I was able to send documents to my notification via BayernID / BayernPortal for eight months (March to November 2022) without any problems when I went to the authorities online, this is suddenly no longer possible. And this under all three operating systems available to me Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, Windows 10 (64bit) and Windows 11 (64bit). After the error first appeared on my Windows 10, I switched to Windows 11, where it also worked without problems for a few days, until the error appeared there as well. Then I also installed the AusweisApp2 in my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and it also ran there for a few days without any problems, until the error I already knew about also appeared. The error shows up in the same way under all three operating systems: I can attach the desired file for about a quarter of a second until it disappears from the list of attached files after half a second. I last reset my WLAN router 'Fritz!Box 6591 cable' to factory settings about two weeks ago. This was without success. I strongly suspect that I became a victim of a hacker attack. To be on the safe side, I would like to know your opinion on this. Maybe you can send me appropriate scripts with terminal commands for the terminal in my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Maybe that will help.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
