debootstrap --arch=amd64 --include=firmware-atheros etc fails to find deb

cn flag

On Ubuntu 20.04, I'm trying to set up a qemu image according to the instructions on this page. At the step:

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/google/syzkaller/master/tools/create-image.sh -O
create-image.sh
chmod +x create-image.sh
./create-image.sh

I actually use:

./create-image.sh -d bionic

But when it gets to this step:

+ sudo debootstrap --arch=amd64 --include=openssh-server,curl,tar,gcc,libc6-dev,time,strace,sudo,less,psmisc,selinux-utils,policycoreutils,checkpolicy,selinux-policy-default,firmware-atheros,debian-ports-archive-keyring --components=main,contrib,non-free bionic chroot

E: Couldn't find these debs: firmware-atheros selinux-utils debian-ports-archive-keyring checkpolicy selinux-policy-default policycoreutils

It fails as can be seen. How do I get the above to work?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
