Ubuntu 22.04 get an error message with Steam gpg.d/

I'm still illiterate when it comes to coding and updating Ubuntu every two years seems to create more problems than it solves for me. At 66 years of age, I really would prefer NOT to have to go back to college just to use my PC without installing Windows.

When I tried to copy a DVD of home videos, I couldn't even find a Disc burner and the software list didn't show any software available whatsoever. When I tried to fix the problem by >>> sudo apt update at first I got the following:

The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 3B4FE6ACC0B21F32

I tried looking through the answers on Ask but the closest thing I could find was the impish thing. So I looked at that as well. That's where I got this result:

grep: /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/steam.gpg: binary file matches
grep: /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/ubuntu-keyring-2018-archive.gpg: binary file matches
grep: /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/ubuntu-keyring-2012-cdimage.gpg: binary file matches

Am I mistaken or is it possible that since I've had Steam on Ubuntu since 2012 and it's been updated/upgraded every two years since I first started using Ubuntu that somehow it's causing a problem with the repositories downloading properly for me?

I have added the contents of your Answer to this question, I am not sure if I have caught the full sense of it? BTW I saw your comment about being 66: I am 62, keep plugging away at it!
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
