For one of my external hard drives, I want to prevent Ubuntu 22.04 to automount it. Is there any way?

On Kubuntu go into Settings > System Settings > Hardware > Removable Storage and then under Removable Devices 'unclick' > Mount all removable media at login and also 'unclick' > Automatically mount all removable media when attached. Then there are settings for > Device overrides, that allows you to individually set which devices you want to automount.

I know this is Kubuntu and you asked for Ubuntu but I'm sure they have similar automount settings, they're probably organized a little differently.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
