Dual-Boot Win11+Ubuntu, system time keeps changing

vi flag

I have Windows11 and UbuntuStudio 22.04 on a recent HP laptop.

My laptop (and me) gets vera confused about the time set in each OS (Ubuntu / Windows). If the time is right in Windows (say UTC+1h), then the time will be wrong in Ubuntu... If I set the time right in Ubuntu (or even select the "set date and time automatically"), then it will change the time in the BIOS and in Windows...

I just wish my two OSs would simply ignore the time set up in BIOS...

Any idea how to get the time right in both Windows and Ubuntu ?!

Thanks !

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
