No sound from built-in output (speakers) but yes from connected speakers or TV (with HDMI cable)

Version: 22.04 LTS.

It started when my bluetooth speaker died while connected to my laptop. The sound didn't return to my built-in speakers as it would happen if I closed my bluetooth speaker.

Now, I only have sound when I connect an external device (speaker or with HDMI cable).

My sound settings show the my laptop's sound card and the below bar with the sound volume goes up and down but I don't have sound.

I'm searching about a solution about 3 hours but nothing that I found on the internet worked.

Can someone help me?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
