How to pin PGDG postgresql 15 at major version?

es flag

I am trying to Pin my postgresql installation from PGDG at major version 15. So in /etc/apt/preferences.d/pgdg.pref I've put:

Package: *
Pin: origin apt.postgresql.org
Pin-Priority: 1001

Package: *
Pin: release v=15.*,o=apt.postgresql.org,a=focal-pgdg,n=focal-pgdg
Pin-Priority: 1001

When I check the pinning with apt-cache policy the output I get is only reflecting the origin but not the version:

1001 http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt focal-pgdg/main amd64 Packages
     release o=apt.postgresql.org,a=focal-pgdg,n=focal-pgdg,l=PostgreSQL for Debian/Ubuntu repository,c=main,b=amd64
     origin apt.postgresql.org

How can I find out if major version 15.* is pinned, if it actually pinned by using these settings?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
