Annotate pdf on a webdav server

cn flag

I'm currently using Ubuntu 20.04 and would like to annotate some pdf files that I have and that are stored on a webdav server. My nautilus is connected to the webdav server and I can open the pdf with the default pdf viewer on my computer.

However, if I try to open the pdf with an app that supports annotation(so far I have tried okular that says "Could not open file" and Xournal++ that says "Error Annotate Pdf file "....pdf", Document not loaded").

Is there something that I can change to make Okular/Xournal++ work or another app that would allow me to directly annotate on the webdav server ?

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
