My Ubuntu 22.04 can not connect to ethernet nor wireless

fi flag

My Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Desktop is no longer showing the GUI to configure wireless connections and in command line when I run the command ip addr it just shows the loopback address.

When I do systemctl status NetworkManager it says that /run/network/ifstate and etc/network/interfaces do not exist

I installed ubuntu 22 and had the same issue several times. Each time I removed cloud-init. I installed again, his time I did not remove cloud-init. There was no issues with networking this time.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
