E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/gnome3-team/gnome3/ubuntu jammy Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.

PPA's don't forget are *personal package archives* which means 3rd party; so all checks are your responsibility. A quick check of https://launchpad.net/~gnome3-team/+archive/ubuntu/gnome3 (*which I obtained from your question paste actually as I didn't know it!*) will quickly show support up to 18.04; thus no support for *jammy* or 22.04 should have prevented you from adding it.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
